Erin Mills & James Paterson to be made Directors at Listen Up



Erin Mills & James Paterson will both be made Directors at Listen Up with immediate effect. 

James joined Listen Up August 2011 as an intern, before moving to National Radio Manager in 2013. James cut his teeth with records such as, MK’s #1 remix of Storm Queen and working across campaigns for artists such Swedish House Mafia, Wiley and Avicii.  

Taking on the role Head of National Radio in 2014, he proceeded to lead campaigns on Mercury nominated J HUS, UK hitmaker Sigala and Disciples, who had Radio 1’s Most Played Record of 2017. 

Looking forward to 2018 and James and his team are working with an exciting wave of new talent including Nadia Nair, Oscar #Worldpeace and Headie One. As well as new releases coming through from Listen Up’s established roster of acts including MK, Martin Solveig, Marshmello and more. 

Erin joined the company the following year in May 2012, also as an intern within the press department. She worked her way up the ranks and took the role of Head Of Press in 2016, she has been running the department successfully ever since. 

As well as managing a team of 14, Erin has worked on clients such as Snakehips, MK, Gorgon City, Eats Everything, Jamie Jones, Martin Solveig, Chad Hugo and Hotel Es Vive throughout her time at the company. 

The press team looks after some of the most exciting artists around and they cover a broad range of genres. In addition to the ones mentioned above, they represent artists like Wiley, Marshmello, Elderbrook, Porter Robinson, Waka Flocka Flame, Children Of Zeus, Patrick Topping, Loco Dice, Black Coffee, Tale Of Us, Solardo, Jonas Blue and many more.
