My favourite author or book
I don’t read that much fiction, but when I do I find myself returning to Jonathan Franzen, Haruki Murakami and Michel Houellebecq. On the nonfiction side, Yuval Noah Harari, Walter Isaacson and Ryan Holiday. If I was writing this as my 20-year-old self, I would probably have said George Orwell and Jack Kerouac.

I usually have two or three books on the go at the same time.
