Having announced last year that he is the best rapper alive, this Canadian hip-hop pugilist — he’s had a pop at Drake among many others — does go some way to living up to his claim.

Stupid is a rap masterclass, with Lanez keeping up an ultra-fluid flow throughout; it’s just a shame his words about seducing his girlfriend’s friends, keeping Jewish lawyers waiting and having a bigger Ferrari than the next guy make him come across as so unpleasant.
